Terms of Service

Welcome to UTOPIAM. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of our premium streetwear creations. By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Brand Ethos & Exclusive Drops

UTOPIAM designs, manufactures, and curates highly exclusive streetwear. Our garments are custom-milled, handcrafted, and released in limited quantities ("drops"). Because of the exclusive nature of these drops:

  • Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve or secure the inventory. Stock is only allocated once your checkout process is complete and payment is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to limit the purchase quantity of any item per customer, household, or order to prevent unauthorized reselling.

2. Pricing, Payments & Orders

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept prepaid transactions (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes.
  • COD orders may require a standard verification call or SMS confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any COD request if the customer details appear fraudulent or unverifiable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or suspicious purchasing patterns.

3. Shipping & Delivery Terms

We partner with leading third-party logistics firms (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart) to ship your packages. While we make every effort to ship within estimated timelines (typically 3–7 business days):

  • UTOPIAM is not liable for transit delays caused by courier routing, weather events, customs clearance, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title for the product passes to you.

4. Returns, Refunds & Wallet Credits

Our return policy is strictly governed by the following guidelines:

  • 7-Day Window: Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Store Credit Only: All refunds are issued as store credit directly to your Utopiam Wallet. We do not provide cash or bank/card reversals.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website including but not limited to custom garment fits, silhouettes, prints, graphic artwork, typography, code, images, and text is the exclusive property of UTOPIAM. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or resell any elements of our brand or products without express written consent.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any transactions entered on our website are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
