Return & Refund Policy

At UTOPIAM, every creation is fueled by our passion to deliver premium quality streetwear. Our pieces are handcrafted in limited numbers, using heavyweight custom-milled fabrics and proprietary washes. Because of the exclusive nature of our drops, our return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and sustainable.


1. Eligibility Window

We accept returns up to 7 calendar days from the date your package was marked delivered by our shipping partners. Return requests submitted after this 7-day period will be automatically rejected.

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, all items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Brand New & Unworn: The garment must be completely unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original Tags: The Utopiam holographic/barcoded tags and all external swing tags must remain attached.
  • Impeccable Condition: Items showing make-up stains, perfume scent, body odor, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned inside their original protective dust bag/packaging.

3. Refund Method & Store Credit

As an independent, bootstrapped brand, every creation is fueled by our passion to deliver premium streetwear. To keep our craftsmanship high-quality and sustainable, all returns are refunded as instant store credits directly into your Utopiam Wallet instead of direct credit card/bank transfers.

Your wallet balance never expires and can be seamlessly applied toward any future purchase at checkout. Thank you for supporting our vision and wearing Utopiam with pride!

4. Non-Refundable Charges & Deductions

The following charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final credit amount:

  • Standard Shipping Fees: Deducted proportionally based on the items returned.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Handling Fees: Non-refundable convenience charges.
  • Gift Wrap / Premium Packaging: Upgraded packaging services are non-refundable.

5. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Account → Returns & Refunds.
  2. Select the order containing the items you wish to return, choose a reason from the dropdown, and upload clear product photos.
  3. Once submitted, our support team will review and approve/reject your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Upon approval, our shipping partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered shipping address.
  5. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be processed directly to your Utopiam Wallet within 2 days.
